Charges and Payments Crashing in Lytec 2018 and 2019
We have identified an issue causing Lytec to crash when saving a Charge.  A resolution has been provided.
  
If you are a CHS Hosted Client and still experiencing this issue please log out of Lytec and try again before contacting CHS.


If you are experiencing Lytec crashing and you are NOT a CHS Hosted client:


A. Restart the following services:
- EMDS MSL Service
-Mckesson MSL Service


                 or 


B. Reboot your server.


After doing either A or B, you will need to wait about 10 minutes for the service to update and you should then be able to start using Lytec again without crashing.
