CHS Hosted information

Beginning Monday, September 19, 2022 weekly maintenance will be implemented during which access to CHS Hosted will be restricted. The maintenance window will be every Monday from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM EST. This schedule was chosen to align with existing automated maintenance, server reboots, backups and to minimize impact to our clients.

At 12:00 AM on Monday morning, if you are logged on to CHS Hosted you will be automatically logged off and will lose any unsaved work. During this maintenance window, if you try to log in you will receive the message: "Unable to connect to Reason: Ericom Authentication Server error (code 19): Invalid credentials. Check your account name and password."
This does not mean your password has expired or your account is locked. It simply means that access is being denied to complete maintenance without interruption or data loss. Once the maintenance window concludes at 6:00 AM EST, you will be able to log in as usual.

A partial communications issue has been identified between one or more underlying systems. Multiple third party engineers are working to diagnose and implement a permanent solution. 
We are continuing to monitor the situation. 
Best results have been found by users signing completely out of both remote desktop and access pad. In a few isolated situations this has not been affective and further steps are being reviewed.
