cyber security incident CHS has transitioned to the CGM Lytec/Medisoft eMedix clearinghouse platform. This platform fully integrates with Lytec versions 2020 to current & Medisoft V24 to current.
It requires appropriate enrollments, payor ID updates, & revenue management edits. We will assist/coordinate the process to make it as painless as possible.

All Current CHS/Change Healthcare/Relay Health customers have received a clearinghouse transition order via email. If you are not a current CHS customer please contact us for assistance at 1-800-250-8687, option 2 or support@mailchs.com
