We have been informed that the ICD10 server issue has been resolved.

Dear Valued Customer,
• Related Issue: Diagnosis and Procedure Search Returning an Error When Searching for Codes
• Customer impacted: When searching for Diagnosis and Procedure codes "Web Search temporarily unavailable" is returned.
eMDs Support and Infrastructure were made aware of an issue with the Procedure and Diagnosis code search in Practice Partner returning an error. The eMDs Infrastructure team has resolved the issue and the search should be fully functional once again.

Current Version V11


The current supported version of LytecMD and Practice Partner patient records is V11. Additionally, V11 is also the only version that is ceritified for MU Stage 1 and 2 and is the only version that will remain ERX compliant as of October 1, 2014. To verify that you are on the most current version, click on the Help menu, and click About. Your version will appear as it does in the red circle in the image below.


Mckesson releases patches on a regular basis to fix software bugs, improve performance and add feature functionality.
